Dr. Ron Schmidt

Dr. Ron Schmidt has been practicing dentistry for over 28 years.   Upon graduating from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1984, he opened his private practice and taught at the dental school for 6 years.  His zeal for patient care is evident by the countless hours he spends on continuing education, keeping up with the latest advancements in dentistry and technology to give his patients the best care available.    He has also completed extensive training in implant dentistry, full mouth reconstruction, Invisalign orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry.  He prides himself on giving his patients the same attention to detail and quality, whether it’s a simple filling or a more complex full mouth reconstruction.  Dr Schmidt develops close relationships with patients, treating them as if they were members of his own family.

In addition to Dr. Ron's full time practice in Menomonee Falls, WI, he also practices part time at Dental Studio 101 in Scottsdale, AZ.

Along with his passion for dentistry, Dr. Schmidt's passion for motorcycles is evident throughout his office.  Some patient's have  nicknamed the office the "Harley Museum West." So if you don't find Dr. Ron in his office working with a patient to create their perfect smile, you might see him on his Harley riding through the southeastern Wisconsin countryside.


  

Julie Melbinger-Wagner, D.D.S

Dr. Julie Melbinger-Wagner is the newest addition to our growing practice, coming to us with 12 years of experience as a licensed dentist.

She was born and raised in Medford, Wisconsin, where her father, Lonnie, has been practicing general dentistry for over 35 years.  Dr. Julie acquired both her undergraduate Bachelors of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from Marquette University.  Following her dental school training, she completed a general practice residency at the V.A. Zablocki Medical Center in Milwaukee.

In 2003, she moved to Chicago, Illinois while her husband completed his training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.  Missing Wisconsin however, Dr. Julie returned to pursue her professional career closer to friends and family.

Dr. Julie has been proud to call Milwaukee her home since 1995, where she has been practicing dentistry and enjoying raising her three children, Ella, Claire, and Andrew.
In her spare time, she enjoys all the wonderful experiences of being a mother and having a family.  Some of her hobbies are cooking, baking, yoga, and skiing.


 


Craig S. Smestad D.D.S.

Dr. Craig Smestad graduated with honors from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1987. Since completing his doctorate, Dr. Smestad has completed more than 1800 hours of continuing education in the disciplines of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Periodontics, Surgical Endodontics, and Oral Implantology. Dr. Smestad has limited his practice to Surgical Dentistry since 1990. He holds certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and is currently completing a program in general anesthesiology for complex dental procedures. Dr. Smestad is married, and resides with his wife, Margaret, in Princeton Wisconsin.
